Securitize Corp. (NYSE: SECZ), a platform for tokenized assets, added 13 U.S. equities to Securitize Stocks, bringing its onchain offering to 25 companies available to eligible investors in the United States, the European Union and other permitted jurisdictions. The new additions — including Arista Networks, ExxonMobil, Salesforce, Disney, GameStop and Uber — join the 12 stocks the platform launched in October: Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Google, Tesla, Meta, Amazon, Netflix, Circle, SpaceX, MicroStrategy and Palantir.

Each token is backed 1:1 by the underlying share, structured to preserve shareholder rights such as dividends and voting rights, and convertible to direct ownership on the issuer’s transfer-agent books where available — all without the shares being lent out. Trading settles in USDC on the Solana blockchain, with liquidity support from Jump Trading, and runs through Securitize Markets, an SEC-registered broker-dealer, under existing U.S. securities law rather than the SEC’s innovation exemption. “Less than a month after launching Securitize Stocks, we’re expanding the offering to bring even more of the world’s leading companies onchain,” said Carlos Domingo, Securitize’s chairman and CEO. “Our vision is to make U.S. equities available to investors globally, with the same rights and protections they expect from traditional markets.”

Securitize also says it expects the tokens to eventually trade on a planned 24/7 digital venue from the New York Stock Exchange and on the upcoming OKXICE Tokenized Securities Venue — though it cautions that neither venue has actually launched, and that trading there depends on regulatory approval and may not happen at all. The expansion builds on a platform that reported roughly $5 billion in tokenized assets as of September 30, 2026, and that tokenized its own NYSE-listed stock on its first day of trading in July 2026.

Why it matters

Tokenized stocks are moving from novelty to a widening roster of blue-chip names, but Securitize’s own fine print — that the exchange venues meant to trade them haven’t launched and might not — is a reminder that the market structure around tokenized equities is still provisional.
